Gold & Diamond Source Inc shall be know as "GDS" as set forth below

Requirements For Use

You must be at least (18) years of age to conduct business with Gold & Diamond Source Inc as well be the actual legal owner of any and all gold & diamond jewelry and other property sold or attempting to be sold to GDS and acting on your own behalf and not as the agent or representative of any other person. GDS may request documentation as proof of compliance with these requirements.

Guaranty Against Loss

If a loss occurs that you properly shipped to GDS in accordance with the instructions and procedures set forth on the GDS web site, we will guaranty you against such loss subject to the following terms & conditions:

GDS's liability will be limited to one third (1/3) of the value of the total content or One Hundred ($100) Dollars, whichever is less. If you believe your gold, diamond, jewelry or other property is worth more than $100, we recommend you insure your package for the additional amount. In addition, if you do not supply GDS with an original sales slip or appraisal issued prior to shipping to GDS for the lost contents, our maximum liability will be limited to Twenty ($20) Dollars.

This guaranty applies only to the special gold kit supplied by GDS and not your own packaging.

GDS in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or opened and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned to the customer by the post office and GDS will have no liability to any customer for any such delivery or return of any such items.

Limitations of Liability

Except as expressly provided in these term & conditions, GDS will have no liability to you whatsoever, whether arising in connection with your use of GDS's web site, loss of gold or diamond jewelry or any other property or for any other reason, including without limitation GDS own acts or omissions. In no event will GDS's liability to you exceed One Hundred ($100) Dollars. GDS will not be liable to anyone for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity, other than as expressly set forth in these terms & conditions.
