Ray Potesta helped my husband select a diamond ring for our 38th anniversary but it was not exactly what I wanted. I asked to make some changes several times and Ray was more than cooperative. It didn't work out as I hoped as they could not get the band that I truly wanted. We decided to upgrade a little and again Ray was great.

Also, Steve, your jeweler, was very helpful in assisting me as to the type of ring I wanted and making the several changes to the rings. This was truly an important purchase for us and they helped make it right.

On January 2, 2010, I set out to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. With all the horror stories I've heard from friends and family about the not so reputable jewelers, I wasn't thrilled about the day ahead of me. With a few stops at the chain stores and one at the "going out of business 70% off gimmick" I found myself feeling mentally and emotionally drained. By exhausting the chain brands I thought I'd give the family owned stores a chance. Remembering the commercial I had seen the on TV many times I decided to head over the bridge and give you guys a chance. WOW. I was completely taken back when I entered. Yupah Oh Boonchaliew was my sales associate. Yupah was like an angel; she was very patient, knowledgeable and was very pleasant to deal with. Basically, I didn't feel like I was buying a used car. I just wanted to say thank you. My experience at your store with your employees was simply delightful. The ring was perfect and my now fiance loves it! I'm officially a costumer for life.
